SilCat Marine Consultants is a Victoria-based company, owned and operated by Captain Harry Silvester. We are available on short notice for work on vessels and in facilities in Vancouver Island ports and anchorages. We are a young, enthusiastic company offering professional results for all your nautical surveying needs.

Captain Harry Silvester

Captain Silvester is a Master Mariner with 40 years experience in the marine industry. A former officer in the Canadian Navy, he has taught senior courses at a marine institute and served in a senior capacity in passenger ships. Captain Silvester specializes in safety and security planning and training, ISM audits and all aspects of nautical surveying.
